From humble beginnings working out of a pub that was closed through the middle of the day, follow our journey from scrappy start-up to one of Australia’s leading providers of Employee Welcome Kits and branded Gift Packs.

2017

Our founder Glenn had a vision to create a no fuss branded merchandise business. And being based in Melbourne, branded coffee cups were one of our biggest focusses. This was the year we launched our first printed catalogue, with over 100 products, priced and ready to brand with our clients logos.

2018

Second catalogue launched, doubling our first run from 250 to 500 copies.

2019

Moved from the pub share co-working space to The Village @ NAB Docklands. Working closely with a lot of other entrepreneurs helped push our creativity and raise the bar on our service levels.

2020

Our first gift box. One of our clients wanted to send all their staff a thank you gift, with a mix of branded merchandise and snacks. Still working from a co-working space, like a lot scrappy start-ups, the family lounge room became a packing space. Over 2 nights we packed over 100 notebooks, pens and snacks included branded Toblerones in to a custom branded box.

Moved in to our first warehouse space. As demand for our gift packs grew, we knew the lounge room wouldn’t sustain our growth, so we moved in to a small warehouse at Clik Collective.

2021

We celebrated our first non-founder employee, when Maddy joined the team!

Fourth catalogue launch, doubling again to 1,000 copies sent out to our clients.

With a growing team, we also signed the lease our a new office space as well.

2022

With all our fantastic clients placing repeat orders, the customer service team expanded again.

Our first employee recognition plan launched, supporting all the Canva-naughts out there with their annual Canva-versaries.

More gift packs meant we had to move in to a larger warehouse space. First dedicated warehouse staff member hired.

2023

Launched our own exclusive range of Employee Welcome Packs. This has grown to over 30 pre -made gift packs and we help dozens of clients every month customise their own unique onboarding experience.

We shipped Staff Christmas Gifts to over 15 countries for our clients.

2024

The growth continues and we moved in to our new CBD office on the corner of Bourke and Spencers Streets in Melbourne. Being a central location allowed us to work more closely with our clients.

Our 100% eco-friendly swag catalogue was launched. With over 200 items made from recycled, bamboo, cork and plant based materials.

2025

Our gift pack range continues to expand and we moved in to a larger warehouse space. This coincided with our complimentary warehousing program. Each order qualifies for six months warehousing. Simply order swag twice a year and we’ll warehouse it all, at no charge!
