We, therefore, recommend you read our Returns and Refunds Policy prior to you making a purchase, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

General
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection, however, LWP will organise and cover the cost of freight.

Claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of product
We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds or returns are not provided where you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection, provided incorrect artwork or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Artwork Approval
At the point of Artwork Approval, it is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that all details on the approval are correct. Refunds and returns are not provided where the Product meets the approved specifications.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, LWP will arrange and pay to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you.

The arrangement for the damaged goods will be made on a case by case basis, and may include either returning goods in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories, and/or manuals or left with you for you to dispose at your discretion.

It is recommended for orders where sensitive or exact quantities are required, that the Customer orders extra (overs) at their cost, to ensure timely and correct delivery.

Damages or Loss to event or promotion
The choice of product and image representation is ultimately the responsibility of the customer. LWP will not be liable for any loss or damages for the event, promotion or company reputation to which the purchased product pertains.

Refund Payments
LWP will offer in the first instance store credit. Amounts will be of the invoiced amount paid at time of purchasing. Credit will have a lifetime of 2 years from the original transaction date of that order or until LWP stops trading at which point store credit will be void.

LWP will arrange any freight associated with returns. LWP will not refund freight associated with returns where the customer has made the arrangements.

Should a full refund be due, funds will be paid in the account noted on the Refund form. We aim to have refunds processed within 3 working days.

The collection and storage of all or any information provided during the refund or return process will adhere to the LWP Privacy Policy found here.
